If you fail to clear a security search, we may refuse your entry into the Event venue. Because you would be in breach of your implied obligation to behave in an acceptable way, no money will be refunded. When you buy a Ticket, in law you buy a personal licence to attend an Event.

If you are in receipt of the disability living allowance or attendance allowance or are registered blind, you are entitled to a free cinema ticket for the carer accompanying you. You just need to apply for a Cinema Exhibitors’ Association Card (either collect a form from the cinema or go to ceacard.co.uk) and show it when you come to the cinema. Please note this is not available for all Special Events.

You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss, foreseeable or not, arising from any interruption to our Service. Before attending an Event, please check on Our Website that an Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. Subject to the conditions mentioned in this paragraph, all monies paid by you to us are non-refundable.

Accessibility

During the daytime the private car park above the mall is a good spot. Make sure you check the opening hours and there is a cost to park here. We do ask people not to park on the double yellow lines in front of the cinema as it needs to be kept clear for the emergency services in case of an emergency.

This is for a number of reasons but most notably coinlion ico it keeps the place as pristine. If you are attending a public screening no food or drinks are permitted into the foyer space if not purchased from ourselves. There are a variety of fantastic restaurants in the town we encourage you to visit. Our cinema and foyer bar are always open a minimum of 30 minutes before the advertised showing times.

In the event of you supplying an incorrect email for Online purchases, no refund will be offered. No duplicate Ticket will be issued to replace the original that has been lost, or stolen after it has been delivered to you, nor will price of such Ticket be refunded. You agree that you have provided accurate, up to date, and complete information about you.

It is our policy to host subtitled screenings when working people are able to see them so typically these are weekends, midweek evenings or early evenings. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. As a member you have the option to store credit and debit card details with Stripe and not ourselves. If you opt for this we have no access to the card details and our staff team can only access the last 4 digits of the card number for security.

We are not responsible for any error made as a result of such information being inaccurate. If you are unable to make an event you may pass your tickets freely to a friend or family member. Most people do come early and sit with a drink and chat with friends. We have a really good coffee machine and are fully licensed (and our bar is surprisingly affordable).

We have a long history of supporting subtitled, autism friendly/relaxed, silver screenings and bring in baby screenings. Please ask at the box office for when these screenings take place as they are ususally dependent on what films are screening and also our staff availbility. For example we cannot screen a ’15’ film to a bring in baby screen. Our relaxed screenings tend to be more focused on family friendly content, if those films are not showing we host less relaxed screenings.
